Why does my chat say "Chat Ended"?

What Does "Chat Ended" Mean?

"Chat Ended" means that either you or the other person has unmatched. This action cannot be undone, and you will no longer be able to exchange messages. However, the chat and profile will remain visible in case you need to report inappropriate behavior.

You may also see the phrase "Frozen by Admin"—this has the same meaning as "Chat Ended."

What If the Match Disappears Completely?

If a match completely disappears, it means the other person has deleted their account. This action is irreversible. If they create a new account, you would need to swipe up on each other again to match.

Reporting a Deleted Account
