Trouble Accessing Ark Premium After Subscription?

If you have subscribed to Ark Premium but cannot see the premium benefits on your account, follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

Step 1: Verify Your Subscription Status

Before proceeding with troubleshooting, ensure your subscription is active:

  • On iOS:

    1. Open the Settings app.
    2. Tap your Apple ID at the top.
    3. Select Subscriptions.
    4. Find Ark Premium and confirm that it is active.

      On Android:

    5. Open the Google Play Store.
    6. Tap your profile icon in the top right.
    7. Select Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
    8. Find Ark Premium and confirm that it is active.

Step 2: Log Out and Log Back In

  • Log out of your Ark account by going to Account > Settings > Log Out.
  • Close and reopen the Ark app.
  • Log back in and check if Premium is applied.

Step 3: Restart Your Device

Sometimes, simply restarting your phone can resolve the issue. Turn your device off and back on, then check if Premium is active.

Step 4: Update the Ark App

Ensure you’re using the latest version of Ark:

  • On iOS: Open the App Store, search for Ark, and tap Update if available.
  • On Android: Open the Google Play Store, search for Ark, and tap Update if available.
