Trouble Redeeming Your Free Premium Offer?
If you received a free Ark Premium offer during a marketing event but were unable to activate it using the QR code, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
How the QR Code Works
When you scan the QR code:
- If Ark is not installed, you will be redirected to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to download the app.
- If Ark is already installed, the app should open automatically and apply the Premium upgrade to your account.
Troubleshooting Steps
If the Premium upgrade was not applied, try the following steps:
- Restart your phone and scan the QR code again.
- Close and reopen the Ark app to check if the Premium status has been activated.
- Log out and log back in to your Ark account:
- Tap the Account icon.
- Tap the Settings option.
- Tap Log Out.
- Log back in using your credentials.
Ensure you're using the correct account that was registered at the event.
