How do I contact Customer Support?

Ark’s support team is available via email and Live Chat! While we don’t offer phone support, we’re always happy to help. Most questions can be easily answered in writing, and we aim to respond as quickly as possible.

  • Email Support: Reach out anytime, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Live Chat Hours: Monday–Friday, 11 AM – 3 PM CST.

Contacting Support

On Mobile:

  1. Tap the Account icon in the bottom right menu bar.
  2. Scroll down and tap Help & FAQ.
  3. Tap Ask.
  4. Select Email, then type and send your message.

📌 If Live Chat is available, we’ll respond immediately! If you email us during business hours, expect a reply within a few hours. Messages sent outside business hours will receive a response on the next business day.


On Desktop:

  1. Visit Ark’s Help Center.
  2. Click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner.
  3. Fill in your details, type your message, and send it.

📌 If Live Chat is open, you’ll be connected to a live agent. Otherwise, expect a response within a few hours during business hours or by the next business day if contacting us after hours.
