How do I unsubscribe from Premium?
Ark offers two ways to subscribe: through Apple's App Store or the Google Play Store. The way you subscribed determines how you need to cancel.
- If you subscribed via Apple: Tap here to cancel your subscription.
- If you subscribed via Google Play: Tap here to cancel your subscription.
Important: Deleting your Ark account or the Ark app does not cancel your subscription. To cancel it properly, follow the steps above.
