Before reporting a bug, it's helpful to check if the issue is already known or if there's an easy fix. Visit our FAQ or search through existing support articles in the Help Center knowledge base. Often, you'll find helpful troubleshooting tips that can resolve the issue quickly.

2. Gather Relevant Information

To assist our team in investigating the issue, please provide as much information as possible. When reporting a bug or error, include the following details:
